a) Setup masters : If you have created your own library , you would have to send the same to us so that we can setup our workstations .
b) Send the documentation: If you have any documentation specific to your projects , it would be a good idea to send the same so that our Team can go through the same and be on the same page as your Team.
c) Send the files: Initially you can send the scanned drawings which are redlined. The scanned document can be a jpg or pdf . In addition to this, you can send a base dwg file in which the changes have to be incorporated .
d) Picking the redlines: Our Team will pick the red lines and incorporate the changes in the base dwg files.
e) Do a Quality check: Once we finish the work, we do a Quality check to ensure that all redlines have been picked.
f) Transfer the work done: The completed work is then uploaded.
Q: How does the transfer of files take place A: There are a couple of ways by which files can be transferred :
a) You give us a secured login to your Server where we can upload / download the files.
b) We create a secured workspace on our server for you where you can upload/download the files.
c) We can give you our projects email where you can mail us the files.
